Company History

Founded by father and son, The Probst Group is a company that understands traditional values. Before partnering together to open TPG, both Tom and Henry gained experience working on a variety of wastewater treatment projects; both individually and together. Henry is the third generation of the Probst family to enter the water and wastewater field. Their knowledge of the industry stems from a deeply rooted family connection and desire to grow within the field.

At first the company started out as Henry and Tom - acting as both partners and staff. Working together, the pair completed over 100 industrial wastewater management projects. The company has expanded to include an experienced team of reliable engineers, scientists, and operators. Each member brought with them a new skillset and expertise; each making the company stronger and more innovative as it continues to grow and expand.

Tom and Henry strive to lead the industry in the advancement of more effective water and wastewater management solutions. Tom and Henry were the driving force behind the development and implementation of several unique, patented processes designed to enhance process flexibility, simplicity, and performance.
